DSC, short for Dynamic Stability Control is a suspension control system which goes beyond the single components of ABS, Cornering Brake Control (CBC) and Automatic Stability Control. Dynamic Stability Control can even decrease the power to the wheel if it detects wheel slip.

A little bit of wheel-spin here should allow for a faster launch. Turning the traction control off all together (DTC off as well) will probably be best though.
