Factory Reset: To Restoring The Factory Settings of TC Helicon VoiceLive 3, you must power on while simultaneously holding the button that is inside the Headphone jack by using a toothpick or something small to press the button, but you don’t need to use much force.

What is the difference between TC Helicon harmony singer 1 and 2?
The big difference is that the HS2 runs off batteries. The HS1 (original) has a wall wart or requires power from your power block, etc. My HS1 makes an audible “click” when turning the harmonies on and off.
